Our story

We started Algarve Property Guidebooks because we saw the same problem everywhere. Property owners spending hours answering the same guest questions, while guests arrived without knowing where to eat or how the coffee machine worked.

Based in Lagos, we combine local knowledge with clean design. Every guidebook is tailored to the property and its neighbourhood. No templates, no generic content.

We cover the full Algarve — from Sagres to Tavira. But we especially know Lagos, Albufeira, Faro and the surrounding areas inside out.

Designer

Sam is the creative force behind every guidebook. He takes local knowledge and property details and turns them into something guests actually want to pick up and read. Clean layouts, beautiful typography and clear information — that's Sam's work on every page.
